Last updated: April 19, 2026

aClicky ("we", "our", "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our SEO analysis platform.

1. Information We Collect

Account Information

When you register, we collect your name, email address, and password (stored in hashed form). You may also provide an optional avatar image.

Google Search Console Data

When you connect your Google Search Console account, we access performance data (clicks, impressions, CTR, position) and site information through the official Google API using OAuth 2.0 authentication. We never see, store, or have access to your Google password. You can revoke access at any time from your Google account settings.

Website Crawl Data

When you run a site audit, our crawler visits the publicly accessible pages of your website to analyze technical SEO factors. This data includes page URLs, HTTP status codes, meta tags, headings, links, and page content analysis. This data is stored securely and associated with your account.

Usage Data

We automatically collect information about how you interact with our platform, including pages visited, features used, browser type, IP address, and session duration. This is used to improve the platform experience.

Payment processing is handled by our third-party payment provider. We do not store your credit card number or bank details on our servers. We only retain transaction IDs, plan type, and billing dates for account management purposes.
