Welcome to aClicky. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. Service Description

aClicky is a web-based SEO analysis platform that provides Google Search Console analytics, site auditing, keyword rank tracking, SEO reports, and team collaboration features. The platform is provided "as is" and we continuously improve it.

2. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must be at least 16 years of age to use this service.
  • One person or organization may not maintain more than one free account.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Subscription Plans & Billing

  • Free accounts are available with limited features as described on our Pricing page.
  • Paid plans are billed monthly or annually, as selected at the time of purchase.
  • Prices may change with 30 days advance notice to existing subscribers.
  • You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time.
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support for assistance.
  • If a payment fails, we will attempt to collect payment for up to 14 days before suspending the account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the platform to audit or crawl websites you do not own or have authorization to audit.
  • Attempt to circumvent usage limits, rate limits, or plan restrictions.
  • Share your account credentials with unauthorized parties.
  • Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or to violate third-party rights.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the platform's infrastructure.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the platform.
  • Resell or redistribute access to the platform without written permission.

5. Google Search Console Integration

  • Our platform accesses Google Search Console data using the official Google API with your explicit OAuth consent.
  • We comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy.
  • You can revoke access at any time through your Google account settings.
  • We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google.

6. Site Auditing

Our crawler respects robots.txt directives by default. When you initiate a crawl, you confirm that you have authority to crawl the target website. We are not responsible for any issues caused by crawling websites you do not authorize us to crawl.

7. Intellectual Property

  • The platform, its design, code, and content are the intellectual property of aClicky.
  • You retain ownership of all data you upload or connect to the platform.
  • We do not claim ownership of your Google Search Console data or audit results.
  • Reports generated by the platform may be shared, exported, and used by you without restriction.

8. Team & Workspace Features

  • Workspace owners are responsible for managing member access and permissions.
  • Workspace members can only access properties explicitly shared with them.
  • Removing a team member immediately revokes their access to all shared properties.

9. Limitation of Liability

aClicky is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

  • 100% accuracy of SEO analysis, audit results, or rank tracking data.
  • Uninterrupted or error-free service availability.
  • That using our platform will improve your search engine rankings.

In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Account Termination

  • You may delete your account at any time from your account settings.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
  • Upon termination, your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
